Spatchcocked Chicken and the ET-732

Cut the backbone out of this 4.5-lb chicken and covered it with Richard's Holy Smokin Chipotle.

The Egg up to 350*, ET-732 and the Egg thermometer were close in reading. Put the chicken on a raised grid for 1h. 10min.

Pulled and served with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. A very tasty meal. This is the first cook with the ET-732 i did not set the temps. I'll do that next time, I did not shield the probe wires whey looked fine after the cook.
