seen its a leading cause for strokes down south so figured it must be good :laugh: first time using ground tumeric as well, i like the spice

i love indian food,used to get some home cooking back in college thru a friends mom, the whole experience was incredible, they owned a grocery and had everything they wanted. the recipe i had was actually thai i doubled it just to get a better understanding of the spice, not always the best idea but i need to shock the system with a new spice to figure out what it is and how to use it, its a great spice, cant wait to hit some rice and chicken with it. turned my black marble morter and pestle flourescent yellow/green :laugh:fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
