Having our family x-mas celebration at our house this year and I as the host was allowed to pick the menu.Their are 40 in our family,so the host either goes broke or gets some help,I get help!! Each family brings two appetizers to the party of which this year one must be cooked on a egg.The backlash was predicted and was cut short by one more rule..... The host(ME) picks a country out of a hat and that person's Appetizer must be from that region. So on Saturday my three eggs will get used for a number of exotic apps!! Food should be fun--Bring it tasty or Stay Home!!

P.S. I have picked Argentina
They will taste my 5- day marinated gaucho flank served on a crostini w/grilled pickled Red peppers, smothered in Chimmichurri and grilled Provalata

That sounds like a great get together. Your eggs will be busy. You sure are lucky to have 3 :).

That steak sure sounds good! I don't know what half of that means...but it sounds good anyway ;P

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Oh man, that is a really great way to get people to think out of their everyday cooking. Get's them thinking of other flavors/textures.

  • Wow Dale, that sounds like a lot of fun and some really good food. Mind if I bring the family down to RSM for the day?
