A new egg saga begins

Having our family x-mas celebration at our house this year and I as the host was allowed to pick the menu.Their are 40 in our family,so the host either goes broke or gets some help,I get help!! Each family brings two appetizers to the party of which this year one must be cooked on a egg.The backlash was predicted and was cut short by one more rule..... The host(ME) picks a country out of a hat and that person's Appetizer must be from that region.So on Saturday my three eggs will get used for a number of exotic apps!! Food should be fun--Bring it tasty or Stay Home!!
