Not a true testing method....even for 300 series stainless, as you can work harden some 300 series to be slightly magnetic. Also 300 series is rust resistant, not rust proof. Did the Amazon page say…3 · -

hotch, I go fat cap down on briskets and butts to help protect the meat. I'd rather have meat side up to insure I get best bark on what I'm eating. Ceramics do such a good job holding moist…1 · -
