Carne Adovada . Chunks of pork braised at 325 for two and a half hours in a sauce I made from New Mexico red chilies with garlic and spices. First time I've made it and it was crazy good.18 · -

These are just ramen noodles. No broth this time. I used Lao Gan Ma. Pretty sure it's the world's most popular brand. I can buy it local and it's cheap. Haven't had any in the fan…1 · -
