Pre-cook shot, mostly prepped. Potatoes go in for 1:15 or so, carrots for 30. Tenderloin goes until 125 IT, then will be pulled. Probably goes in with carrots. Once the steak is pulled, in the CI pan…7 · -

I have a pepper cannon. Thing turns on once I’ve had poblano or bell peppers. Strangely not jalapeño or Serrano. Fricking mess of pain and cramps and definitely a cannon.2 · -

I used emergency kingsford briquettes in my thanksgiving cook on the mini max, was surprised how good it was! I needed lower temp, just 350, and it burned most of it to get a small Turkey breast done…7 · -
