Sure did. Sautéed some onions in butter, added some minced garlic, deglazed with red wine, a couple cups of beef broth, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and flour in the end to thicken.2 · -

Had some brisket leftover from the weekend so I reheated it in some mushroom gravy. Rice and canned green beans on the side. A 30 minute weeknight meal.2 ·
