Steaks tonight
Got a nice dry aged steak waiting for me at home for tonight. Think a little salt and pepper and that is it. Wife got a Filet for herself. Reverse T-Rex coming up1 · -
Stuffed meatballs, sauce and spaghetti squash
Got 80/20 ground beef, added eggs and spices. Mixed together. Made meatballs stuffed with a small ball of fresh mozzerella. Smoked them on the egg for 20 min then finished on a frying pan a little. A…2 · -
