I would just say it is extremely rare you would ever need all the BTU’s on either unit. Biggest thing I’ve heard as feedback is trying to keep temps down. Either way, they’re fun.1 · -

The key is to light the grill immediately and then prep or whatever. How you light is not a huge factor as long as it’s reliable and predictable.1 ·
