    I had to take a tobacco test when i purchased my insurance. It was based upon cigarettes but i suppose they could extrapolate it to cigars. There is clearly a huge difference between the two IMO.

    I recommend going as big as you can. I’ve never met amyone who said they wished they hadn't poured as much concrete but many wish they had done a little more. The extra cost is minor.
