Oh the horror! Google directional freezing. You have trapped air in those cubes which makes them hazy. You can directional freeze real cheap with a small cooler filled 3/4 with the lid removed. Then…1 · -

EC small batch is one if not the best pour for the money in the bourbon world IMO. I always have a few bottles at the ready. Available everywhere is a huge plus. Enjoy.2 ·
