    thanks thats my plan as well . Do you worry about the temp of the meat at all while its cooking ? also i looked at your blog everything looks delicious and amazing . but i did not see pics of the bee…

    Just threw on a couple racks of Beef Ribs . gonna cook em low and slow and also throw on a some chicken thighs in a couple hours . things are gonna get delicious
