We just did flat iron with green beans/onions, steamed red potatoes and caprese tomatoes and rolls. The grill marks looked beautiful and it melted like butter. Cooked 3-4min/side at 650.1 · -

I use 1/2 of a Weber chimney, get it mostly red hot. dump it in the middle and then fill the to the top of the firebox (right at the fire ring line) and close the lid and open the bottom vent to 1/8t…1 · -
