Re: Some oyster help please
Take a cast iron or stainless pan. Place a solid layer of rock salt (ice cream churn salt) in the pan. It will allow for heat transfer and provide a stable base for the oyster. Hope that makes sense.2 · -

It may go without saying but.....bad crab (heavy oder) does not make good crab dip. Fresh crabmeat however, makes for great dip. Enjoy crabs.....1 · -
