It wasn't a brine, it was just pureed onions and beer. I was surprised at how much it took, but I realized when I cut in there was a big pocket on each side that took most of it in there. Not s…1 · -

So, the onion injected turkey was a massive home run, one of the best things I've ever cooked in the egg. Bread was pretty good too8 ·
