Cheese is done, packed up to rest a month. Ended up getting the cheese from aldi, 7-8oz blocks. And a piece of andoille sausage6 · -

Just put some cheese in the egg with the amazen smoker with apple pellets. 3 blocks of extra sharp cheddar, two pepperjack and two mozzarella. Gonna let them go 3 hours1 ·
