This would be the direction I would take. Maybe they could sell the eggspander at a discount to one of the attendees. IMO - it is way easier and more consistent to do ribs flat.1 · -

I’m no expert, but these seem reasonably priced compared to the other ‘boutique’ lines out there like smithed. I still can find old Wagner and griswold for less though.1 ·
