I always just do it to taste. For 1 batch I do about 10 tomato’s, 1 onion, 2-3 jalapeños, and 3 cloves of garlic. I’ll add about 2 T of sugar, 1 T salt, 2 tsp cumin and some lemon juice.1 · -
