I've given up on tuna outside. We like it rare, and I can't seem to get a sear quick enough. If you're determined to cook outside, I might suggest a roaring hot CI pan.1 · -

I use a 15-inch round cake pan lined with HD foil. I often leave the same lining on for several cooks if they aren't greasy. I felt uneasy using disposable.1 ·
