I live in OKC but go to Colorado for a week every summer. It worked out where I got to go two years in a row to the Denver fest. They were VERY good hosts to the cooks, and I really enjoyed it.1 · -

I cook on Dad's japan import Imperial Kamado (40 years old predecessor to the egg and still going strong) at the cabin in Colorado. It's at 8,000 feet. It takes FOREVER to get the lump star…1 ·
