I've got the Flame Boss and have been real happy with it. It is truly a set it and forget it device. The open dome sensing is good ... It does not ramp up the fan like my Auber does.2 · -

I have both the 732 and 733. The 733 comes with 2 hybrid probes that can be used for both food & grate temperature measurement. So to answer your question .. the probes are interchangeable.1 ·
