I do it the way they do it back home .. remove the husk .. grill direct at 375-400 .. constantly rotating it so that it does not burn and then slice a lemon or lime and dab it in a mix of cayenne pep…1 · -

I use a kitchen tissue paper soaked in olive oil and then use my spatula to dab the tissue on the cooking grid. This ensures that food doesn't stick to the grid.1 · -
