OT - Tonight's low carb effort, tasty and simple.
Dr. says sugar numbers are too high, as is A1C, so I have been doing more of the low carb thing again. Smoked pork chop taken right out of the freezer and heated in the air fryer, sauerkraut coleslaw…7 · -

Hawaiian Loco Moco
So while we were in Hawaii a few weeks ago one thing we tried was some local food. One of the more interesting was something called Loco Moco and it was served just about everywhere. I like Loco Moco…8 ·
