OT - Wednesday night Blackstone griddle fun.
Some onions, peppers and mushrooms on the little BS 17 with a couple of strip steaks. Turned out very tasty and the Blackstone is just plain fun to use. Served with a salad. Made for a nice hump day …2 · -
