Just pulled this one off the egg. Got it at Costco a few months ago. American BBQ co. Smoked with pecan and oak until 120, then seared it.2 · -
Simple tuna
I received some tuna loins from a friend. Just simple S,P and sesame seeds. Onto a cast iron griddle on the gasser. A little soy, ginger, sesame oil drizzle. Delicious!1 · -

I replaced 2 bottoms so far in 7 years on my XL. Dealer took care of me. 1st one was a bit of a hassle, as I was my dealer's 1st warranty claim.1 · -
