Looks great. it was my first cook as well. Just salt, pepper and duck fat instead of olive oil. Have fun with it. I got mine end of July and have been having great fun with it.1 · -

St. Louis ribs, Salt, pepper, lemon juice for 4 hours in the refrigerator. AB test--1/2 wrapped, 1/2 not. Wrapped won. Steven Raichlen lemon bbq sauce with juice from wrapped ribs. Excellent.1 ·
