We are sitting at 202 degrees. Shooting for 205. It has officially been over 24 hours. I love my egg! No charcoal added and holding strong at 240-250.1 · -

They can be used without a problem as long as they haven't had kiln wash applied to them. New ones do not come with kiln wash applied so if you buy new you should be fine.1 · -
