What used to be a throw away cut, is now elevated bbq…and I LOVE oxtails!! Left these guys pretty intact…hit them with a simple rub of SPG…and put them on the BGE with the fat trimming to render down…11 · -

Actually, there’s less oxygen leak on the new design than the ring that rarely ever lined up perfectly. Not enough to swing the temps at all.2 ·
