@Cowdogs from what I understand is with steel it dissipates the heat quicker so it doesn't burn the bottom as quick with too much heat right away, it is more of a constant heat then a quick hot …1 · -

I dont use anything for the small but the eggcarten looks good. Wouldnt go with a grill barrow. Youd still have to move it and its over priced imo0 ·
