  • Delmonico Steaks - Reverse sear

    Another batch of steaks from local Tap Root farms in Franklin, TN. Decided to go reverse sear. Pulled at 115 deg after going indirect at 250. Then seared at 500 for 2 mins each side. Turned out great!
