Can't beat egging
Reverse sear bacon wrapped filets on the large and some asparagus, onions, and mushrooms on the small. Just can't beat it.2 · -

I was thinking about getting one of the hams and cooking low and slow to around 175? I was told there wasn't much fat on wild hogs and that injecting with vinegar and apple juice would help.1 · -
Halloween meatloaf
