    @RRP is the trusted source for Rutland gaskets! They come with very detailed installation instructions. I purchased two gaskets from Ron and installed them with little to no difficulty.

    I use a pair of tin snips (cheapo Harbor Freight type) that I set aside just for use with food. I run them thru the dishwasher after each use. Makes quick work of a turkey.
