I would go pulled beef or pork- you could do sliders or sandwiches. All ready at same time and pork butts or chuckles are relatively inexpensive.1 · -

Will throw one other thought in- I use my cyberQ to hot smoke bacon, salmon, etc at 180. While led you can technically do this manually it's difficult at best.1 · -

That thing is a beast- Air intake at the bottom doesn't seem to be in proportion? I am sure they have done their homework but that thing must suck some air getting to searing temps.1 ·
