I agree with SonVolt. I don't bacon wrap a pork tenderloin when done on the egg. All you taste is the bacon, plus you don't want to take it beyond 140 degrees and the bacon won't crisp…1 · -
Re: How do you reheat your Pulled Pork/Brisket
I vacume seal leftover pulled pork and brisket. I simply submerse the bag in warm water to get it back up to temp. Cut open bag and serve. I hate BBQ reheated in a microwave!1 · -

I went to prime cuts about 4 years ago and won't go back. Once in a while, I'll find a choice cut with excellent marbling and will be tempted to purchase.1 · -
