Did ribeye tonight. brussel spouts. grilled eggplant with parm cheese on it. nice bottle of wine. everything was very tasty. i also received my new 125 qt yeti this weekend!!5 · -
Baby Backs with Apricot BBQ Sauce
Did Baby Backs tonight. Brined them for four hours. Rubbed with a little rub I made up quickly (salt, pepper, paprika, and brown sugar). Smoked about four hours. Threw in some Pecan chunks. Good flav…2 · -
Fantastic Salad
