Yes, Yes you can. Just make sure you watch your temps. Or if you stick to the true Travis method you can not watch the temps and go by the alcohol intake method of timing.1 · -

Ribs and Pork Butt are probably the two cuts of meat that can be done the most amount of ways on the Egg. Many will swear to low and slow (below 250*) others will say 300* and still others will go up…1 · -
