Well I was going to attempt to keep up with Mr. Hap but couldn't find ribs so got some big strips and going to roll with that tonight.1 · -

Looks great! I've never wrapped mine with bacon as I'm lucky enough to get sausage but I'm sure a torch would be fine to give the bacon a last touch up.1 · -
