Trying a new scalloped potatoes recipe. It’s by Jaques Pépin so it has to be good. We’re low on milk so I’m using chicken broth for the liquid (the good stuff)2 · -

@Ozzie_Isaac I made this last night. To reheat I wrapped it in foil and stuck it in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then I (re)seared it in butter in a CI skillet. The finish temp was about 125ish.…3 · -
