@bhugg I cut all of mine in half. Usually get the 3 pack from Sam's Club, and they just fit better for me. I don't notice them cooking any different, same amount of time for the temperature…3 · -

If you add new lump, make sure you let it clear the nasty smoke before putting the meat back on. You'll be fine for the cook, you have hours above 160F to go until your brisket is ready.2 · -
