Had to go there for a few days for meetings. I had time to visit the Ben Holladay distillery while there. It was fabulous and the best part of the trip.4 · -

Ribs have been rolling for a few hours about 225 and just wrapped them. Enjoying a McD mango smoothie heavily spiked with Aruban rum with a Garrison Brothers Balmorhea chaser.5 · -

American Wagyu steak, pan fried, basted in garlic butter and thyme, roasted potatoes and garlic bread. There were also mushrooms and some chimichurri sauce. It was devoured quickly so no sliced shots…8 · -
