Re: suggestions on rub for ribs using oakridge rubs
You can apply the rub a little lighter on hers and follow it with a light coat of a sweeter rub or dust or mix in a little sugar (brown or raw). The sweet will offset the heat.2 · -

I have heard the Stoker can maintain a fire as low as 150. I haven't tried holding a fire that low but have held 175-180 before with my Stoker. Good to see some more Brethren here!1 · -
