Don't waste your lump on a clean burn. Take the screws out, spray it with oven cleaner and toss into a gallon zip loc freezer bag for a good 24 hours. Cold water wash will take most of it off. R…4 · -

It's just not that big of a deal. Mine moves around as I rotate and spin my cooking grid while I'm using it. Leave any OCD tendencies in the house as you come outside to cook and relax.3 · -
