Yes, it’s cooked but I really like the extra char, caramelization and flavor from pre cooking the inside side of the cut sausage on the pig shots. Just 1 extra step.1 · -

That’s interesting. I might have to cook the sausage some first to render and get it cooked more as to not over cook the shrimp. Kinda like the Pig Shots, I cook 1 flat side of the sausage piece firs…2 · -
