Pulled Chuckie Chicago Style
Did a couple Chuckies for the Pats game...Smoked at 250 till 160IT then put them in a pan with beer, pepperoncinis, and Giardiniera at 350 till fork tender. Pulled and put back on egg for 30 minutes.…2 · -
