I tend to avoid the Swift Ribs - didn’t know really why, but they always came out sub-par. The injected with heavy salt would explain that.1 · -

Fermented shrimp Bao. Softly steamed, so it breaks apart upon impact, but holds together with a sidearm through inducing some spin for stability on the throw.1 ·
