Same thoughts - love TJs for certain things, but selection can be limited. Prices are great for what they have. Quality is usually pretty good also. Their gluten free options are really good.2 · -

I suck at brisket - my Costco Primes have been equal to the SRF blacks I’ve done. My Dino ribs are about 5x the flavor/experience than any brisket I’ve ever done.2 · -
