Spatchcock a whole chicken @ 350 for about 45 minutes. Really easy and probably the juiciest chicken you'll ever have. Takes pics btw and let us know how your cook came out1 · -

Man i feel your pain. Ive wasted hundreds of dollars trying to get a brisket right. Just like @lousubcap siad, get advice. Wrap your brisket at 165 with butcher paper so the bark dose not get crunchy…1 · -
