In for about 2 hours at 128. Pulled and hit with Dizzy Dust and oakridge Santa Maria. Seared off on the Weber pretty much sitting on coals with a chunk of hickory. The kids at what was cut in the pic…4 · -

Yeah it’s pretty sweet. I wanted it then I saw it in person and now I really want it. I brought it up to her a couple times tonight so she knows it’s coming. I’d give tomorrow a 50/50 right now.1 ·
