    I just left costco. Prime brisket up from $2.99 a lb to $5.49 a lb at the Cumming store. So glad we dont have to worry about inflation.

    We can afford it just choose not to. I’m pretty sure this isn’t from a shortage since costco had like 40 prime briskets out yesterday and not 1 person even looking at them.

    I cook them like a steak. Smoke it to like 110-115 and let rest while bringing up temp then sear. Youtube the grain pattern it shifts in the middle and you cut it 2 different ways.
